Your ImpactThe Senior Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for building the strategy and execution of all direct-to-consumer marketing communications to guide loyalty among homeowners. This position will be responsible for driving awareness/engagement, lead conversion, and sales building long-term customer retention/value while leveraging customer insights, understanding the competitive landscape, and working with cross-functional partners. The Senior Customer Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Customer Marketing & Engagement and will serve as a subject matter expert for our Services Business targeting do-it-for-me homeowners.What You Will DoDrive the advancement of customer marketing by identifying and prioritizing people, process, and technology requirements and translating business requirements across marketing, technology, and operations teams to drive a cohesive roadmap.Understand the customer needs/opportunities in specific segment(s) and set the audience targets and priorities used by the entire enterprise to grow market share across unique and ownable customer journeys to drive incremental leads, sales, and margin for customer subsegments.Provide competitive analysis and demonstrate industry knowledge to ensure customer and audience strategy capabilities meet or exceed department objectives.Develop and implement results-oriented campaigns by continuously analyzing data, identifying trends, and championing continuous improvement opportunities.Evangelize and personalize the audience cohorts to create a shared understanding and usage/buy-in of the information.Manage a team of assistant marketing managers/analysts to unlock and scale the audience-driven strategies with a focus on driving awareness, lead generation, and sales conversion.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.7-8 Years of Data-driven Marketing experience.3-5 Years Leading a team.3-5 Years Leadership experience in marketing campaign development to implementation leveraging audience and data-driven insights with customer lifecycle/lead generation experience.1-2 Years Experience in driving product marketing strategy that builds products and solutions and communicates a solution-oriented narrative.Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into simple ideas.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills.Preferred Qualifications1-2 Years Experience working in retail, hospitality, or other similar size and complexity organization.1-2 Years Experience working in Customer Marketing function in any capacity with proven knowledge of data-driven marketing activation.About Lowe’sLowe’s Companies, Inc.
