We provide solutions for a brighter future through our client-centered service, breadth of product expertise, deep distribution relationships, and outstanding team of hardworking and passionate employees.Summary of roleThe Marketing Cloud Intelligence (MCI) Administrator position will be responsible for developing and maintaining the data analytics efforts for the Corebridge Financial Digital Marketing team, across multiple digital channels and sales data. The perfect candidate is a strategic thinker, has a passion for data analytics, can identify data patterns and trends, and is an expert with Marketing Cloud Intelligence (MCI). In addition to having strong data mining and analytical skills, the candidate must be comfortable managing multiple projects at once, possess excellent communication skills, and be creative.The candidate must have a clear vision for how to formulate, execute, and iteratively improve the digital marketing analytics strategy. Equally important is the ability to develop meaningful KPIs, actionable plans, and understand how customer engagement and journeys can be optimized based on data-driven insights.Being comfortable working across multiple digital channels on large teams is essential. This position will work closely with other internal marketing groups, IT, operations, sales, creative services, and outside agencies to implement data solutions.ResponsibilitiesData mine, segment and join sales & marketing and other databases from disparate sources. Resolve ambiguity in all databases in our Martech stack.Operationalize Data Process: Data analysis, dashboards (automated and non-automated), reporting (self-service and ad-hoc).Create Analytical Framework: Define measurement approach, quantify success, develop KPIs, and guide tracking efforts for ongoing measurement and reporting.Reporting: Mine data for insights to further campaign optimization. Build ongoing and ad hoc campaign, web and journey performance reports for business stakeholders.Efficiently Prioritize and Execute: Prioritize for speed, impact, and optimize for output that is actionable, scalable and repeatable.Maintain High Quality Output: Effectively communicate with all levels of management, ensure that work is completed on time, respond effectively to unexpected obstacles, and reallocate resources as necessary.Serve as the data scientist for the Digital Marketing team, focused on helping to evaluate and execute strategic opportunities.Basic Qualifications5+ years of Marketing Cloud Intelligence (MCI) experience developing professional dashboards.5+ years of data & analytics experience for a B2B or B2C business.Financial Services and/or Insurance experience preferred.Fluency in data analysis and communication around data, including time series analysis, experimentation, data visualization, and defining KPI strategies.Expertise in cloud technologies, especially Salesforce CRM, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Strong analytic skills related to working with structured/unstructured datasets.Solid understanding of data quality measurements for traditional and digital marketing data sets.Expert SQL skills. Ability to tap into various data pipelines will be key to success.Proven track record of using data to generate insight and drive business results.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Sound business judgment; strategic and analytical capabilities.Ability to prioritize and multitask; ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment.Preferred QualificationsTechnical background and programming experience.Familiarity with machine learning techniques.Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce Sales Cloud.Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Passionate about data analytics.What our employees like most about working for Corebridge FinancialWe care about your professional development.
