$33/hourCandidates must be fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.We're looking for a temporary international digital producer to focus on our international site aspects working in the Spanish and Portuguese languages.The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for localization and in-market nuances. They will have an interest in coordinating, planning, and executing projects involving the development and deployment of online content for our website in one of our 5 non-English languages. They will work with multiple vendors to improve our SEO rankings in different markets, maintain our systems for the benefit of our marketers, ensure our messaging comes across as intended in-market, and guide our teams where alterations are needed.What you'll do here:Focus on .com website production updates in your native language.Proactively look for areas to improve and take the initiative to do so.Use data to understand what is and isn't working and pivot accordingly.Learn digital marketing skills in support of international-focused projects.Participate in production workflows in our CMS including page building, localization, QA, and maintenance.Translate content as required for smaller items in a pinch.Master our tech stack to deliver complete projects. Primary software includes Contentful CMS, Smartling, Intellimize, Siteimprove, plus additional tools and integrations.Provide day-to-day project management and execution for projects and initiatives with multiple design and development teams and stakeholders.Follow and track digital production progress to ensure on-time project success.Understand when to escalate any blockers along the way.We'd love to hear from you if:You are fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.You have experience with any content management system (CMS); Contentful experience is a plus.You have experience optimizing websites in your native language.You can clearly communicate the “why” behind what you’re updating.You understand data metrics, can use GA4, and can act upon those metrics to improve engagement and conversions.You have experience with or an interest in learning project management systems such as Workfront or Jira.You possess skills in time management, organization, multitasking, and have great attention to detail.You enjoy working with others to break down projects into tactical items and see them through to launch.You have a “can-do” attitude and are a quick learner.What would make you a great candidate:Experience in CMS and are not turned off by repetitive tasks.You can work independently to produce high-quality work in a fast environment.You enjoy learning new things and working with many people and teams.You pride yourself on your attention to detail and time management skills.You are happiest when no two weeks look the same, moving quickly is the norm, and enjoy working in high-energy environments with can-do teams.About TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
