This is a remote position.Schedule:Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific time (11:00 PM to 8:00 AM PHT) with 1 hour unpaid lunch break.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Design & Creation:Develop a range of graphic materials for both internal and external use, including presentation decks, execution guides, print and digital ads, packaging, signage, and other marketing collateral based on strategies set by creative leadership.Work closely with the Creative Team to develop and execute creative initiatives for marketing materials and campaigns, creating new visual assets to support the growth of the brand and its partners.Collaborate with other departments to create visuals that align with and support organizational goals.Brand Consistency:Ensure the brand style and voice are maintained across all branded content.Photo/Video Editing:Edit, format, and retouch photos and videos for various uses.Asset Management:Manage both print and digital assets, ensuring they are properly set up for production and execution.Production Preparation:Prepare and package content for print and digital production, ensuring timely and relevant delivery.Minimum Qualifications:Experience:5+ years of professional design work experience.Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design or a related field.Design Skills:Excellent eye for design, typography, color theory, and image selection.Expert knowledge of print and digital technologies, processes, and production.Software Proficiency:Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).Skilled experience with Microsoft 365 (especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Project Management:Solid experience with asset and project management systems (such as Dropbox, SharePoint, Asana).Email Marketing:Working experience with email marketing systems (such as Klaviyo, MyEmma, Mailchimp).Creative Development:Ability to contribute to all stages of the creative development process from concept to final production.Organizational Skills:Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects with tight timelines.Attention to Detail:Strong attention to detail with a pulse on current and trending design styles.Demonstrate exceptional creative problem-solving skills, adapting to feedback and evolving project requirements.Open to learning new platforms and technologies.A portfolio/sample of work is required.
