Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive our brand strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that encompass overall brand development and print and digital media. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can elevate our Company’s brand presence and effectively develop a marketing and communication strategy to highlight our value proposition to existing and potential investors, tenants, buyers, sellers, operating partners, and the broader commercial real estate and hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:

Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, business objectives, and growth goals.

Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including print and digital platforms.

Brand Development and Management:

Define and enhance the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence to these guidelines across all divisions and touchpoints.

Content Creation and Management:

Lead the creation of compelling print and digital content, including investment reports, newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, social media messaging, website, and promotional materials.

Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral such as posters, banners, brochures, flyers, and presentations.

Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing:

Develop and manage the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Marketing Automation and CRM:

This role requires expertise in marketing automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to streamline marketing efforts and improve customer engagement, including but not limited to:

Email Campaigns: Automating email marketing campaigns, including sending personalized emails based on user behavior.

Segmentation: Segmenting audiences based on various criteria to send targeted marketing messages.

Analytics: Tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize future efforts.

Social Media Management: Scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing social media metrics.

Contact Management: Storing and managing customer contact information in a centralized database.

Analytics and Reporting: Analyzing customer data to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences and generating reports to inform business decisions.

Integration: Integrating with other systems and platforms (e.g., marketing automation, email, e-commerce) to provide a unified view of customer interactions.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.

Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Stakeholder Communication:

Collaborate with internal teams, including investment, leasing, and construction divisions, to ensure cohesive messaging and marketing efforts.

Communicate effectively with investors, stakeholders, and partners to promote the company’s value proposition.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on real estate or hospitality sectors.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to think strategically and creatively, with strong analytical skills.

Experience in brand management and development.

Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a marketing team.
