Lead RFIC Design

Working on behalf of a leading maker of RF ICs and Front End Modules for Smartphones, WLAN, and other Wireless markets.They are looking for a Lead RFIC Design Engineer, based in Portland, OR. The successful candidate will design SOI Switches and CMOS LNAs, as well as other circuits for RF Front ends.Responsibilities:Design SOI Switches and CMOS LNAs for RF Front ends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate designs into products.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.Qualifications:BSEE or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering.4-10+ years of RF IC design experience.Experience in SOI Switch design is greatly preferred.Knowledge of CMOS LNA design is desirable.General knowledge of Front End Modules and their integration is useful.Portland is an exciting and scenic city, with housing and living costs well below California.
