The Design team at Addepar crafts digital experiences for the wealth industry. By designing and delivering intuitive, easy-to-use products, we help wealth managers grow their businesses and provide outstanding services to their clients. Our team is intensely collaborative and fosters a culture of constructive feedback and communication.We seek a Senior Product Designer II to join our team in building intuitive, performant, best-in-class user experiences for our investment management users. The ideal candidate is passionate about systematic design, scalable information architecture, streamlined workflows, and practical problem-solving. You gain a deep understanding of the needs of both the clients and internal users to advise your design. You enjoy diving into the details and untangling edge cases while connecting the dots and painting the big picture. You are adept at simultaneously taking on multiple threads of workstreams, addressing short-term design needs, and delivering value to users incrementally while making strides toward the long-term vision.Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.The current range for this role is

$129,000 - $201,000

Lead all design aspects of a project from start to finish, collaborating within cross-functional agile teams to deliver a premium and cohesive user experience.Elevate Addepar’s product experience through outstanding interaction design and data visualization displays.Apply user research and product metrics to inform design concepts and influence product vision, strategies, and roadmaps.Contribute to the expansion, evolution, and adoption of the Addepar Product Language design system.Seek out and embrace feedback from your peers and collaborators. Provide thoughtful feedback, empower, and mentor other designers on the team to do their best work.Who You Are

5+ years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, or UX Design.A portfolio showcasing proven user-centered design practice and a high degree of design craftsmanship.Experienced in crafting web products and UI for enterprise users.Passion for distilling complex use cases and requirements into sophisticated, scalable design solutions.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.A self-starter and a teammate who enjoys working in a fast-paced, agile environment.Meticulous, with a keen eye for consistency.Experience working with Figma.Experience with B2B SaaS and finance is a plus.Our ValuesAct Like an Owner -
