The Marketing Specialist reports to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement and is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of a wide variety of promotional and marketing initiatives for BRTC and the BRTC Foundation.Duties include:Leading the management of all promotional print and digital campaigns and content for BRTC and the BRTC Foundation.Co-coordinating all photography and video creation and editing, as well as organization, storage, maintenance, and access with the Communications Specialist.Leading the selection, design, ordering, and dissemination of promotional items for the College and Foundation.Creating and maintaining a marketing plan and performing market research.Assisting other IA members with IA activities such as communications and development, as necessary.Excellent written and oral communication, photography, and technology skills are required. Must be customer service-oriented, well-organized, and detail-oriented. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and meet strict deadlines. Must be able to function well in a team environment, be self-motivated, and possess critical thinking skills.
