If you are ready to join an international company with talent around the world, and want to make a real impact, we want you on our team.What You'll Do:The Marketing Manager supports Lubrizol’s business by developing and executing marketing communication plans that support strategic business initiatives. This role acts as the central point of contact for marketing and communications initiatives and manages projects from concept to completion. They will also develop and execute the business’s digital media strategies which is key to supporting business growth.What We're Looking For:Partners with Business Leaders and Strategic Marketing/Business Development team to develop marketing and communications strategy; writing and presenting clear, effective, logically structured plans that support business goals on a regional and global levelDevelops and executes the business’s digital media strategy while monitoring to keep pace with developing trends and supporting regional/global digital marketing effortsProvides content marketing direction and support to communicate our brand promise, industry thought leadership, and advocacy positions via a variety of digital channelsManages the Lubrizol Pharma/Nutra brand portfolio and acts as the team ambassador of the One Lubrizol brand platformCreates and maintains best-in-class internal and external experiences via websites and other interactive channels to maximize lead generation using search engine optimization and other tacticsEvaluates end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, identifying marketing optimization opportunitiesEnsure the timeliness and quality of all tradeshow deliverables (e.g. press releases, graphics, messages, booth design, etc.)Measures and reports performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing performance against goals, costs per outcome and insights that can be applied to future programmingDevelops and manages global annual Marketing Communications budget, reporting spending vs. budget on a quarterly basisDevelops and sustains strong working relationships with vendor partners and Lubrizol purchasing organization while driving continuous improvementSkills That Make a Difference:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or other related field of study from an accredited university is required, master’s degree a plusA minimum of 7 years of prior marketing, sales, or commercial/product management experience in a B2B environment.Experience building and executing marketing and communications plans that drive business objectivesDemonstrated strategy development with global executionProven experience working face to face with both internal and external stakeholders and building outstanding customer relationshipsExceptional interpersonal and presentation skillsAbility to travel regionally and globally (15%)Strong understanding of digital analytics, metrics, voice of the Client research with the ability to interpret to make key decisionsStrong understanding of digital marketing best practices and trends, including SEO and web accessibilityAbility to take initiative and demonstrate strong work ethicStrong writing skills across communications mediaAble to effectively manage a variety of projects and timelines simultaneouslyPerks & Rewards That Inspire:Competitive salary with performance-based bonus plans401K Match plus Age Weighted Defined ContributionCompetitive medical, dental & vision offeringsReady for your next career step?
