If you are ready to join an international company with talent around the world, and want to make a real impact, we want you on our team.What You'll Do:Work closely with our Chief Sustainability Officer, sustainability team and businesses to frame Lubrizol’s sustainability messaging.Create compelling and engaging content that showcases our sustainability initiatives, achievements, and goals.Develop and implement sustainability marketing communications strategy and plan, aligned with the company's purpose, strategy and values.Lead the development and execution of internal and external marketing communications plans for key sustainable solutions.Oversee annual sustainability reporting, including content and creative development.Train relevant Lubrizol sustainability SMEs and establish a calendar of speaking and media opportunities.Create and oversee production of sustainability marketing materials, including presentations, videos, infographics, etc.Coordinate with various teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.Identify opportunities to amplify our sustainability story and increase brand awareness.Develop internal communications efforts to educate employees about our sustainability impact.Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of sustainability marketing campaigns.Support the government affairs team from a communications perspective regarding sustainability.Stay updated on trends and best practices in sustainability marketing.Skills That Make a Difference:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, sustainability, or related field required.8+ years of experience in marketing communications.Proven track record of developing successful sustainability marketing campaigns.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Creative and strategic thinker, able to translate complex concepts into accessible content.Strong project management and organizational skills.Collaborative and team-oriented.Passionate about sustainability and social responsibility issues.Perks and Rewards That Inspire:Competitive salary with performance-based bonus plans.401K Match plus Age Weighted Defined Contribution.Competitive medical, dental & vision offerings.Ready for your next career step?
