As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Content and PR Manager to lead our content creation and public relations efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing content strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive lead generation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of the manufacturing landscape, and the ability to manage projects cross-functionally.Position Location:

Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Ease.io's business goals and marketing objectives.Create, edit, and oversee the production of high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, webinars, press releases, social media posts, and sales enablement materials.Manage and maintain the content calendar with internal stakeholders and external resources to ensure consistent delivery of engaging and relevant content across all channels.Collaborate with internal teams, including product, sales, and customer support, to gather insights and create content that addresses the needs of our target audience.Develop and manage external content resources.Investigate and engage any relevant third-party promotional channels or partnerships to expand our content reach.Lead PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation, including media outreach and press releases.Develop and nurture relationships with key media contacts, industry influencers, and thought leaders to secure coverage and partnerships.Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Foster AI experimentation and implementation.Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.7+ years of experience in content marketing and public relations in the B2B tech industry, preferably with manufacturing background.Proven ability to create compelling and strategic content that drives engagement and supports business objectives.Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.Experience in managing and executing successful PR campaigns, including media outreach and relationship building.Familiarity with WordPress and Marketo preferred.Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.What We Offer:
