Hammer Media is a brand that represents Caleb Hammer and his YouTube Channels.Amassing over 1.3 million subscribers and over 500 million views in 2 years, our hit show Financial Audit is one of the fastest growing channels on the internet.As senior producer and casting director, you will be responsible for casting the highest quality guests, making sure our productionThis is a chance to be a part of a growing team and to show and grow your skills.ResponsibilitiesBuild out a high quality casting system and pitch why your guest picks are the best for the video.Work with producers to coordinate bookings and travel of guests as well as any needs that arise during filming.Communicate with and vet potential guestsManage in person guests’ experience on show.Gather relevant documentation and information from guests.Be the outward face of Caleb and Hammer media guiding and protecting guests safety and interests, making sure they have a positive experience for the show.Coordinating with the team to help make thumbnail and title decisionsWorking with Caleb and the Hammer Media team to ensure the highest production quality.Improving the paid member experience.What Makes You a FitMust be in the Austin area or willing to relocate. Will cover up to $2,500 in relocation costs.2+ years of production and/or casting experience in traditional tv, streaming and internet series.Experience working in fast paced production environments with tight turnarounds.Ability to provide educated critiques and provide informed feedback.Must be a strong creative thinkerBasic understanding and familiarity with the YouTube platformWhat we OfferHammer Media is the company behind Caleb Hammer’s popular YouTube show Financial Audit.
