At MFS Supply, the role of Product/Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing our product offering to our end customers. This position will first focus on our contractor & real estate products, and will grow to also accommodate our renovation materials product offering. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role works closely with the marketing team to best present our products to customers through marketing materials, ecommerce, social media, and email marketing. Ideal candidates for this role are detail oriented, inquisitive, and well organized. As a newer position with MFS Supply, this is an opportunity for the Product\/Marketing Manager to carve out their own processes & approach to managing product portfolios.Essential Functions/Primary Responsibilities:Provide annual strategy around prune (exit), fix (cost, quality), and grow (marketing, NPI) per product categoryBuild “voice of the customer” program to gather feedback & market trends. Champion this across departments & build into product strategyEffectively communicate product line strategies, positioning, channel needs, financial impact, priorities, and customer requirementsReview content & messaging of marketing materials & ecommerce information to ensure accuracy of product offering, descriptions, pricing, etc.Determine product line pricing architecture & guide annual pricing strategy. Perform annual standard costing update in CRMMaintain a general understanding of pertinent industry standards. Regularly review market trends & competitorsExecute marketing projects as requiredQualification Requirements:

3+ years of product management and/or marketing experiencePositive approach to teamwork & collaborationFamiliar with retrieving data from CRM/ERP and extracting it for further analysisSkilled at analyzing data in ExcelAbility to balance multiple projects and gather information from across departmentsCan establish & articulate a vision, set goals, develop & execute strategies, and track as well as measure the results of a projectPassion for solving problems, answering questions, and developing a customer story
