Responsibilities
As a Communication Specialist (m/f/d), you will take an enthusiastic role and further strengthen the internal and external communication setup for the NCE markets. Your tasks will include:
Develop and execute external communication and media projects to further, reinforce, and protect Vestas' business goals, market position, and brand reputationCultivate relationships with industry media partners, respond to media requests, and identify key media opportunities to position Vestas in the renewable energy industryFoster a deep understanding of Vestas' internal audiences to creatively communicate business strategy and direction while simultaneously building a feeling of belongingConduct research for the preparation of content, including speaker and events briefings, interviews with Vestas' business leaders, specialists and internal and external partnersCoordinate and perform crisis communications as requiredCommunication projects include articles, financial press releases, opinion pieces, presentations, social media posts, infographics, and videosAlign with the broader Vestas global communications teams to advocate for regional milestones and perspectives
Qualifications
Relevant University Degree in business or communication discipline, or equivalentExperience working in a similar position within B2B communicationExperienced in producing texts for internal and external communications including social media, press releases, video editing and image processingGood project management skillsQualified written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English and German
Competencies
Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in an ever-growing and fast-paced environment, while still being able to focus on the detailsWilling and motivated to engage in operational tasks and capable of prioritisingExperience from working in cross-functional, multi-cultural teams and a natural ability to build positive and efficient relationshipsCan navigate and network in a complex stakeholder environmentSolid written and verbal presentation and communication skills
