Position Overview
Communication Specialist develops and implements effective communication strategies that support program and project goals. The ideal candidate will ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned with TMX-PIO objectives.
Essential Job Function
Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans, including messages, media, and timing, to support program and project goals and objectives. Create and edit written content, such as memorandums, reports, and other documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency in messaging. Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, including meetings, events, and focus groups, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Develop and distribute communication materials, such as newsletters, bulletins, and other publications, to ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders. Provide communication support services to program and project teams, including writing, editing, and design services, ensuring high-quality materials that align with TMX-PIO branding and messaging guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 2.5 years of experience Bachelor's degree Experience in Communications Excellent writing and verbal skills Ability to craft compelling messages for various audiences, including internal and external stakeholders
