Customer service experience is a must, as you will be interacting with clients on the phone discussing our products and securing sales leads and appointments for our team.Responsibilities:Deliver scripted pitch to the homeownersAdjust scripted pitch to meet needs of specific homeownersHandle homeowner's questions and objectionsObtain homeowners information including names, addresses, and phone numbersReceive appointments over the telephoneInput appointment details into the computer systemInput homeowners’ information and important details of conversationConfirm appointments placed with canvassers or sales representativesIssue appointments for reps to meet prospective homeownersQuality control phone callsAnswer telephone calls from potential homeowners who are responding to advertisementsContact homeowners to follow up on initial interactionUpdate lead information and maintain reportsAdditional Responsibilities:Set appointments and schedule leads for our Outside Sales RepsHandle customer inquiries both telephonically and by emailResearch required information using available resourcesProvide customers with product and service informationUpdate existing customer informationFollow up customer calls where necessaryDocument all call information according to standard operating proceduresComplete call logsComputer, CRM skills, and excellent customer service skills are a MUST, Quick Learning and Follow-up skills are important.Education and Experience:Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategiesRelevant work experience in telemarketing, sales, marketing, or promotionsProduct knowledge -- Training providedProficiency in relevant computer applicationsKey Competencies:Communication skillsInformation gathering & managementPersuasivenessAdaptabilityInitiativeTenacityResilienceStress toleranceHigh energy levelSelf-MotivationThe average appointment setter can make between $480.00 to $700.00+ weekly with hourly and commission. Days: Monday - Friday, and able to work two Saturdays per month required (day or afternoon hours available).
