Student TA - ANI-350-A 3D Animation Specialist (Daly), F24Reports to:

Dan DalyEssential Functions:Assist 3D animation students with all software issues and problems; critique student animation and provide animation tutoring.Primary job duties and responsibilities:Tutor after-hours – help students work through their issues and problems in regard to animation assignments.Work with the instructor during and after course lab hours to facilitate feedback and communication during small group discussions if possible.Report issues, ideas, course improvements, student issues, and progress updates on a regular basis, in writing, to the Instructor.Work with the students during lab hours when available to provide technical and animation feedback.Accountable for tracking and reporting the amount of time worked.Qualifications include:Must have a strong foundation in 3D animation, and rigging.Able to listen and communicate with students effectively and at their level of understanding.Must be willing and able to help students solve problems – not just identify problems.Must be able to work well with the instructor in the classroom as well as for planning and strategy.Experience:Attended and completed

ANI-101, ANI-151, ANI-300, and ANI-350

previously, achieving a minimum B grade.Working Conditions:Be able to work the lab hours every week, if required.Be able to meet with students in off-hours – scheduling these ahead of time or working with students whenever you are available works better than regular office hours.Expected number of hours per week:

4-6Wage Range:

ANI-101, ANI-151, ANI-300, and ANI-350
