.Position Summary:As the

Director, Coreg and Affiliate Marketing

at Ouro, you will lead the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns focused on profitable customer acquisition and revenue growth through coregistration and affiliate channels. This position requires a proactive leader who can efficiently balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to optimize account growth.Responsibilities:Strategy Development:

Design and execute coregistration and affiliate marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and achieve measurable results.

Partnership Management:

Manage and cultivate relationships with key partners and affiliate networks to ensure strategic and operational alignment. This includes identifying new partnership opportunities and negotiating terms to enhance business growth and lower CAC.

Campaign Analysis:

Analyze performance data from marketing campaigns to continually refine and optimize efforts. Utilize advanced analytics to predict trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, product development, and compliance departments to ensure that marketing campaigns are well-integrated and comply with all regulatory requirements.

I ndustry Engagement:

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and marketing innovations by attending conferences, participating in workshops, and maintaining active engagement with industry forums.

Team Leadership:

Lead the Coreg and Affiliate Marketing team by setting clear goals, managing project loads, and ensuring staff members have the resources and guidance necessary to succeed.

Budget Management:

Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are properly allocated and spending is optimized for maximum ROI.

Reporting:

Regularly report to senior management on campaign performance, insights gained from data analysis, and strategic recommendations for future marketing endeavors.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

A minimum of 5 years in affiliate marketing, coregistration, or a related marketing role, preferably within the fintech or digital marketing industries.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, notably ActiveProspect.

Familiarity with CRM software and platforms like Rakuten.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated experience in budget management and cost optimization.

Proven ability to lead teams and projects to successful outcomes.
