Role Overview:

The Growth Marketing Manager – Direct Mail is pivotal in driving Ouro's expansion and refinement in Direct Mail and other Direct Marketing channels. This role directly contributes to our customer base and revenue growth by spearheading the strategy, execution, and optimization of direct mail campaigns. You will manage the entire marketing lifecycle, from ideation to execution, across Netspend and partner brands, ensuring alignment with our broader marketing goals. This role will be reporting directly to the Director of Direct Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Mail Campaign Management: Lead and measure direct mail campaigns, including traditional, shared mail, and prospect email channels. Manage budget pacing and media efficiency to achieve volume goals.Full Funnel Management: Strategize and execute across the marketing lifecycle, including campaign ideation, lead sourcing, creative execution, landing page optimization, and product order flow enhancement.Testing and Optimization: Constantly seek performance improvements through testing creatives, formats, copy, landing pages, and tactics. Identify new audiences and growth opportunities.Budgeting and Forecasting: Own your metrics. Collaborate with the Acquisition Team and Account Managers for budgeting, strategy guidance, and KPI forecasting. Update performance reports and marketing forecasts regularly.Strategic Roadmap Development: Explore new marketing technologies, vendors, and lead sources to scale our direct mail efforts. Conduct competitive analyses using enterprise-class tools.Executive Reporting: Create and present channel performance summaries and investment cases for growth and innovation to leadership.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's Degree3+ years of direct mail marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates with B2C and financial sector experience.Expertise in managing large, complex direct mail programs.Proficiency in lead sourcing and creating conversion-driven materials.Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.A track record of success in performance marketing and customer acquisition.Creative insight, balancing analytical decision-making with an intuitive understanding of effective messaging and design.Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.A passion for performance marketing and meticulous attention to detail.
