I’m currently working with an outstanding Fashion Retailer going through significant growth year on year based in New York City, seeking a talented Email Marketing Associate to join their dynamic team. About the Role:As the Email Marketing Associate, you’ll be integral to my client’s marketing efforts across the US, Canada, and Australia. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves seeing their ideas come to life. You’ll be involved in the entire process-from campaign planning and execution to post-campaign analysis. Your expertise will help deliver impactful, targeted messages that drive customer engagement and enhance lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution:
You’ll take the lead on executing email and SMS campaigns, managing everything from content creation to deployment. Your ability to segment audiences and optimize strategies will be key to driving engagement.
Collaborative Teamwork:
Working closely with both the US and UK teams, you’ll ensure campaigns are cohesive, creative, and effective. Your collaboration with the design team will help bring your ideas to life with visually compelling content.
Analytics & Optimization:
You’ll analyze campaign performance to refine future strategies, using data to drive decisions and improve outcomes. Staying on top of industry trends and competitor activities will be crucial in keeping campaigns fresh and innovative.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensuring that all customer-facing communications are on-brand, accurate, and compliant will be one of your top priorities, contributing to a positive customer experience.
