We’re looking for an email-focused Content Strategist to join our team. You’re a rockstar writer who thrives on creating personalized content and effective email experiences that stand out in the inbox. You’ll work with strategists and data counterparts to execute detailed Test and Learn plans for our Financial Services clients. Though we have a work from almost anywhere framework, this role works east coast hours.ResponsibilitiesCreate compelling email marketing content led by a defined strategy.Conduct Test and Learn plans aligned with client goals to continuously optimize campaigns.Build, maintain, and evolve content plans.Contribute to the development of email marketing strategies and roadmaps.Collaborate with data and strategist counterparts to analyze email performance and translate into tangible insights.Identify opportunities to test, iterate, and optimize campaigns.Cultivate a strong understanding of client’s brand voice and apply it to copywriting.Collaborate with design and development teams to create cohesive, visually appealing emails that follow best practices.Stay up-to-date on email marketing trends and best practices.Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Clearly and confidently communicate with clients and internal teams.Qualifications/Experience

5+ years experience as a Content Strategist or similar roleStrong understanding of email marketing best practices and industry trends.Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to develop and maintain content calendars.Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize email performance.Proficiency in using data and analytics to glean insights and inform content decisions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong presentation skills.Working knowledge of WCAG as it applies to email.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Experience in Financial Services industry preferred.Successful people at SHIFT display the following qualities:Embrace accountability: our words and actions line up every dayIntentionally collaborate: we build relationships across the organizationFoster innovation: we take risks and see challenges as opportunitiesCompete to win: we empower our teams so we can lead in the marketDedicate to the work: we are valued to each other and to our clientsCandidates must have current US or Canada work authorization. The salary range for these residents is $75,000.00 to $90,000.00. Salary is based on several factors including but not limited to role, skillset, relevant education, level of experience, certifications, etc. In addition to base salary, Shift Paradigm offers benefits such as medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, Life/AD&D, Flexible Paid Time Off, and various other ancillary benefits and perks.
