Modern luxury Pilates Studio in Marina Del Rey seeks a talented Sales Expert / Sales Manager to join our team.
Duties:
Conduct sales presentations to potential members, promoting the benefits of membership.
Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize and follow up on leads.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of technology sales to communicate the features and benefits of membership effectively.
Utilize retail math skills to calculate pricing, discounts, and promotions for potential members.
Maintain stock levels of membership materials and collateral.
Process membership transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Provide exceptional phone etiquette when handling inquiries and scheduling appointments.
Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all membership materials are readily available.
Handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, particularly in fitness sales or retail environment, is preferred.
Strong organizational skills to manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups effectively.
Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math calculations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus.
Familiarity with technology products and services is preferred.
