The pay range is $69,000.00 - $124,200.00Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. Your talent for execution and drive for efficiency will be key to bring new digital experiences and site merchandising capabilities to life.As a Sr. Producer, Site Merchandising Operations, you will be responsible for facilitating the content planning process and delivering an optimal guest-facing digital experience across web and app on a daily/weekly basis. To do so, you will lead weekly cross-functional meetings made up of Site Merchandisers and Creative Partners as well as facilitate communication and alignment with Digital Roundtable stakeholders. You will route creative to internal stakeholders, deliver feedback and ultimately publish content to live site. This requires effective problem solving, cross-functional communication and project management skills to ensure the work stays on track. You will leverage multiple systems to manage the workflow, most notably a content management tool. You will influence how the workflow process and technology should evolve to meet the needs of the business. Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. Establish consistent routines and cross-share best practices across global teams.

Cross-Functional Alignment:

Lead and drive cross-functional and key stakeholder meetings in support of business goals influencing activation plans and team alignment.

Global Partnership:

Partner with team members in Target In India to efficiently and effectively collaborate on US and TII-based work. Provide training, support and advocacy across geographies.

Strategy & Planning:

Support planning milestones and routines including quarterly prioritization, annual planning and leader reviews.

Measurement:

Leverage data and analytics to showcase operational effectiveness and support of business objectives. Share out testing results and learnings across stakeholder group.

Efficiency:

Continuously identify ways to reduce time, cost and automate ways of working in a scalable way.

4+ years project management or related business experience.

Experience facilitating meetings, creating effective timing and action plans, and executing operational priorities.

Attention to detail, highly organized, accountable.

Problem-solving skills: effectively removes roadblocks and delivers solutions to move the work forward.

Ability to communicate effectively across multiple roles and levels.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong relationship and partnerships skills.
