In this role, you will ensure alternate sales channel teams are aware of and executing plans to align with marketing strategies by working with channel teams and partners. You will partner with MDU and Local marketing to create alternate channel plans. You will be the primary liaison between channel teams and operational support teams. You will drive system strategy ensuring that systems enable achievement of goals and meet the needs of partners. In this position, you will focus on implementing impactful marketing campaigns, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives:Marketing Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.Campaign Management:

Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events, etc.).Vendor Communications and Management:

Establish and nurture relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives and ensure deliverables are met.Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts are integrated and aligned with overall business strategies.Systems Strategy and Planning:

Ensure business cases are created to support ongoing team needs.Process Assurance:

Lead and/or participate on teams to improve process efficiency/drive KPIs critical to Alternate Channel success.As a Marketing and Vendor Liaison Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:Drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through effective marketing strategies and campaigns.Strengthen vendor relationships to optimize marketing spend and improve campaign effectiveness.Enhance customer engagement and loyalty through targeted marketing initiatives and compelling messaging.Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on marketing performance data.Foster a collaborative and innovative marketing environment that supports company growth objectives.Ensure marketing activities adhere to regulatory and compliance standards within the telecommunications industry.WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree highly preferred.5+ years of experience in marketing management, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and vendor management.Possess a deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, particularly within the telecommunications sector.Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.WHY JOIN US?Recognized as a Top Workplace by the Charlotte Observer, Brightspeed HQ is located on the 7th floor of the new Vantage South End - East Tower in Charlotte, NC.
