Creating marketing campaigns and working closely with the organization’s branch manager.Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to existing customers.Contributing to the branch target marketing plan.Meeting targets and writing reports on performance.Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.Developing and implementing an internal marketing program.Supporting the marketing manager in day-to-day marketing activities.Growing the organization’s client base.Recovery of all loans granted upon your recommendation to customers under your portfolio.Ensuring that all loans under your watch remain performing.Receiving loan applications.Conducting customer creditworthiness assessments through careful inspection of the viability of products, services, sales, purchases, and cash flow.Facilitating individual and group loans.Testing the cohesiveness of group loan applicants.Collecting cash for loan repayment and remitting to the cash office/bank account.Monitoring compliance with loan repayment terms.Delivering loan targets and preventing delinquent loans.Evaluating loan applications and conducting thorough credit analysis to determine borrowers’ eligibility and creditworthiness.Assessing financial documents, credit reports, and collateral valuations to make informed lending decisions.Structuring loan products and terms based on clients’ needs, risk assessment, and internal policies.Method of Application
