Your primary responsibility will consist of overseeing work across our suite of loan products. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for collaborating horizontally to connect opportunities across our larger product suite to ensure a cohesive member experience.As a leader across Research & Design, you’ll also have critical responsibilities to help grow the organization through establishing best practices, coaching, mentoring, and driving team-building activities. You’ll often collaborate with other Research & Design leaders as well as Marketing & Brand creative leaders to cultivate a strong creative community and culture.SoFi has achieved significant growth in a short period of time.
