This position will be responsible for the management and preparation of proposals in response to RFQ/RFPs. Other related duties will include the management of resource materials, industry research, and CRM entry. These responsibilities encompass graphic design, copywriting, editing, MARCOM, content generation, and organizational skills.

Other assignments will include content generation and graphic design for advertisements, signage, and other marketing materials. This individual will also be responsible for the coordination and implementation of social media, internal communications, and the maintenance of the website for Tutor Perini Building Corp. These duties will include preparing and disseminating information regarding the company internal and external media and helping to maintain a favorable public image for the organization.

Coordinate/Manage proposal and presentation development including administration, formatting, layout, non-technical writing, and proofreadingRead and analyze RFQ/RFPs and develop outlines and/or responsibility matricesCoordinate with various team members (both internal and external) to prepare contentEdit proposal content for readability, consistency, clarity and compliance with requirementsResearch, write, and update collateral materials including project descriptions, resumes, experience lists, AIA 305, etc.Provide CRM administration including data entry, reporting and knowledge managementCreate and monitor social media content on various platformsCreate and maintain communications on corporate-wide, internal social media/intranetMaintain corporate website and all business unit websites including new content and ensuring that all project information is currentMonitor and report on all media coverage and communication campaigns and maintain library of press clippings for the corporation and all business unitsDraft and edit copy for corporate periodicals and non-technical items such as employee bios, resumes and project sheetsMaintain marketing information and photo databasesPerform research to support Business DevelopmentManage project award submittalsDraft and edit copy for corporate periodicals and collateral materialsAssist with the upkeep of corporate standards for communication, style, branding, and layout designWork with corporate and business unit leaders to support marketing and communication initiativesProvide support at local events such as trade shows, ground breakings, and charitable functionsRequirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or similar3 or more years of marketing experience.Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)Experience with CRM database input and upkeep (Microsoft Dynamics a plus)Strong writing, editing and proofreading skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to utilize layout and graphic design skills in a business settingAbility to multi-task, be proactive, establish priorities and work independently or in teamsAbility to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment that may sometimes include nights and weekendsOccasional travel to jobsites, events, and company meetings (less than 5%)Previous experience in the AEC industry preparing RFQ/RFP/Proposals is preferredExperience with Illustrator a plusUnderstanding of the construction industry and terminology a plusMust be willing to work 5 days a week onsite in our Henderson, NV officeTutor Perini Building Corp. builds extraordinary projects, and we need exceptional talent.
