As a Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of all marketing efforts for Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel & Convention Center. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and advertising efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.Because of the fluctuating demands of the hotel's operation, you may be expected to perform other tasks as needed or directed.What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to think creatively and strategicallyProficient in digital marketing tools and analyticsIf you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for marketing, we want to hear from you!
