Auburn Hills, MI.What you will do – Essential ResponsibilitiesCommunication Strategy Development:

Develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals as well as craft key messages for various communication channels and audiences.Internal Communications:

Create and manage internal communication materials, including newsletters, intranet updates, plant communications and internal announcements while facilitating employee engagement through effective communication practices and initiatives.Content Creation:

Write, edit, and proofread a range of content, including articles, speeches, reports, videos and promotional materials to ensure content consistency with the company’s brand and messaging.Crisis Communication:

Assist in developing and executing crisis communication plans.Information Management:

Maintain an up-to-date repository of communication materials and information.Event Planning:

Organize and coordinate internal and external events, such as meetings, conferences, townhalls and livestreams.Reporting and Analysis:

Track and analyze communication metrics and effectiveness as well as prepare reports on communication activities and outcomes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Experience with video editing preferred.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for storytelling and innovation in communication.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools and platforms, such as SharePoint, content management systems, and social media management.
