Vector is adding a Marketing Expert to our team to drive brand awareness for our Code Testing products. The individual in this position should be an experienced, hands-on, and proactive professional able to generate creative ideas to support the overall marketing efforts of Vector. The individual should have a good understanding of the automotive software market or similar and should have a background in the marketing of technologies that require explanation, especially software.Key Qualifications:Automotive industry marketing experience (OEM, or supplier base experience, exposure, or interaction)Technology industry experience (Software is a plus)Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or equivalentMust have a minimum of five years marketing experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to transfer descriptive feature and function messages/presentations (etc.) from Local Product Line into target group relevant use case and benefit messagingPreferred Qualifications:Excellent analytical skillsVery good knowledge of technical B2B communications (IT, electronics, software, and hardware)Proficient computer skills, including Office 365, MS Teams, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite) and applications (Typo3, Web analytics, CRM,)Experience with video production and editing using applications such as Adobe PremiereThorough understanding and experience using marketing channels (traditional and digital marketing, such as SEO/Social Media and Google Ads) and market research methodsDemonstrable experience with social media marketing campaigns that have generated measurable resultsDemonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools, including Power BIDeveloping and implementing marketing campaigns to promote the Vector products and brandCollaborate with product lines, sales, and marketing to coordinate marketing programs and brand awareness initiativesPlan and execute outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (event planning, social media, ads, content development/optimization, etc.)Lead, plan, execute, and host events: webinars, conferences, exhibitions, and Vector-specific events; (including promotional plan)Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (digital marketing, social media, e-mail, ads, etc.)Assist in analyzing marketing data (promotion results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategiesMonitor Vector’s competitors concerning their market development strategies and key messaging.Undertake and implement individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
