Join our award-winning game development team and help create our next AAA title.We are seeking a Senior Producer to work on our next AAA title. You will work closely with UX/UI team. Help facilitate communication, support development efforts and help resolve roadblocks not only when they come to your attention, but before they become a reality. Take ownership of high level initiatives and work with all departments to complete goalsChampion all aspects of UX and UI development from design, to engineering to art and implementationCurate and maintain UX and UI related documentationTake initiative to identify problems, establish facts, and propose solutionsGather estimates and work with developers to evaluate feature complexity and riskMaintain close communication with department leads and take notes during meetings as neededBalance day to day maintenance with long-term planning; need to recognize that production is not all about fighting firesInterface with other teams and departments that have UX related dependencies as part of their overall design.Establish and communicate production estimates, including estimates for when targets will be hitGet to know your team: pace, velocity, progress, ownership. Know what a critical change can do to the schedule and work with the team to determine what is best for the gameRequirements

5+ years’ experience in the games industryExperience with scheduling tools and managing a project budgetExperience in risk analysis and mitigationExperience with multiple project management methodologiesExcellent project management skills and verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with all individuals; stays calm and focused under pressureCapable of multitasking and managing several important items at once, without allowing anything to be lost in the processMust be able to effectively communicate risks and obstacles both to managed team members, as well as Studio ManagementPreferences

Shipped at least 1 AAA titleExperience working with remote studios and contractorsExcellent people skills including the ability to motivate people and inspire their creative talentsStrong passion for playing gamesFlexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as assigned by senior managementQuick learner, able to pick up new tools and technologiesPerks
