Join our award-winning game development team and help create our next AAA title.We are seeking a Producer to join our Outsourcing team. You will work closely with our Lead Outsource Producer and Outsourcing Art Director. You will facilitate communication between development teams and external partners and resolve roadblocks not only when they come to your attention, but before they become a reality. Assist Outsourcing Art Director and Lead Outsource Producer with coordination and communication between development team and external partnersTake ownership of several categories of external development and work with internal department leads to complete goalsTake notes during meetings such as department syncs, asset and/or map reviews, and content kickoffs, ensuring that information is broadcast and followed up onUpdate and manage sheets for tracking assets, vendors, and upcoming asset needsAssist in preparing art briefsTake initiative to identify problems, establish facts, and propose solutionsBalance day to day maintenance with long-term planning; need to recognize that production is not all about fighting fires - especially in OutsourceCreate and maintain Confluence and other documentation related to OutsourcingCreate and update JIRA tasks for external vendor work and internal work relating to outsourced assetsEstablish additional tracking practices within Jira to expose ongoing external work to internal stakeholdersRequirements

3+ years experience in the games industryExperience with scheduling tools (eg. Jira) and coordinating a project schedulePossess a general understanding of schedules, pipelines, and dependencies developing gamesExperience in risk analysis and mitigationExperience with multiple project management methodologiesExcellent project management, critical thinking, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with all individuals; stays calm and focused under pressureCapable of prioritization; able to manage several important items at once, and escalate challenges when needed, without allowing anything to be lost in the processPreferences

Excellent people skills including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally as a representative of the studioExperience working with remote studios, contractors, or in a distributed work environmentFamiliarity with Unreal Engine 4 or 5Familiarity with Source Control such as P4Experience managing a project budgetStrong passion for playing gamesFlexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as assigned by senior managementQuick learner, able to pick up new tools and technologiesBenefits
