We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Specialist + IT Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and a solid understanding of marketing. This means you know how Facebook, Google, our website and technology works and functions. This role is crucial in analyzing data from our diverse marketing efforts, including online campaigns, direct mail, and for-sale signs. The Marketing Analytics Specialist will provide insights and recommendations to optimize our marketing strategies and drive business growth. This position will also assist in any hardware upgrades or database management that the company and its employees need. This position is paid with a base salary and bonuses based on KPIs that are met from the production and performance of this department.Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing channels (online, direct mail, for-sale signs, etc.)Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing performance and key metricsProvide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and ROICollaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven strategies and campaignsConduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing effortsMonitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threatsUtilize advanced analytics techniques to uncover patterns and trends in marketing dataPresent findings and insights to senior management and other stakeholdersConstantly train and learnQualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related fieldStrong background in technology and data analysisProficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Salesforce, etc.)Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (experience with Salesforce CRM or HubSpot or Chime/Lofty is a plus)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate complex data into clear and actionable insightsStrong communication and presentation skillsDetail-oriented with a passion for data and marketingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCompensation:

$70,000 - $85,000
