We're looking for a dynamic leader with a talent for driving sales and creating exceptional guest experiences to take on our

Director of Sales and Guest Communications

role.

Dynamic Team Leadership

By taking on this role, you'll

lead the charge in our sales and customer service operations . Through a flexible hybrid model, you’ll

lead a vibrant team , including middle managers, guest concierges, and international call center agents - all dedicated to providing our unique brand of luxury accommodations with a

stand-out customer experience.

Operational Excellence

Our leadership will rely on you to

oversee sales ,

elevate guest experiences ,

manage team activities, and nurture key account relationships.

You'll also use your call center experience to

manage our high volume of guest communications,

including approximately 450-600 online messages and 100-250 phone calls daily.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement

and drive sales strategies, manage the sales pipeline, and coach the sales team to optimize performance.

Develop

and refine processes to enhance guest satisfaction, confidently handling escalated issues and maintaining high standards.

Lead

recruitment, training, and development of team members, fostering a high-performing and positive team environment.

Collaborate

with marketing to expand our sales channels and work with the pricing team to optimize pricing strategies based on market trends.

Oversee

the daily operations and long-term development of the guest concierge program, ensuring seamless guest interactions.

Maintain

relationships with key software and platform partners, such as VRBO, Airbnb, and Guesty, to ensure smooth operations.

Track

key performance indicators, manage phone systems, and explore technological enhancements to improve operations and service offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5 years experience managing a high-volume inbound contact center with sales and customer service functionality.

Proven track record of leading a team composed of remote and in-person members, including international contractors.

Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills, using data to inform decisions.

Exceptional coaching and leadership skills, influencing and motivating high-performing teams.

Proficient with cloud-based digital platforms, including reservation management software (Guesty), payment processing (Stripe), and GSuite products.

Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.

Able to remain composed under pressure

Able to perform duties that require regular interaction with customers; frequently sit, stand, and walk; read small print, use computers, and input data into computer systems.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary:

$110,000 - $175,000 based on experience and achievement

Bonus:

25%-35% of the compensation package is variable/performance-based, with no cap.

This position is accepting applicants in Savannah, GA or New Orleans, LA with the expectation some travel is required to each location. Relocation assistance may be available depending on qualifications.

Schedule

This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely and attend meetings and company events at our office

Typical work hours are Monday-Friday, with weekends and evenings as needed.
