Strong conceptual abilities, solid art direction skills and a knowledge of the digital landscapeGood client presentation skills demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the client challengeTalent to inspire clients and team members with great visual designDesire to take on new challenges, grow and learn every dayAbility to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environmentWhat you’ll need:

A bachelor’s degree, design and advertising emphasis preferredThree-plus years of experience in an agency settingThe base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
