1+ years successful experience in fast-paced top-level salesHigh School Diploma or equivalentReliable transportation with a valid driver's licenseAbility to pass a drug test and have a clean background reportPool Studio experience preferredKeap and JobTread experience a plusIdeal Candidate Characteristics:

Uncapped commissions with potential first-year earnings in excess of $100K, first-class sales incentive trips, and generous bonuses.Duties:
Conduct design consultations with customers, explaining the features and merits of pool ownership.Assess customer needs and expectations, designing and recommending a backyard pool utilizing professional pool design software.Conduct immediate and scheduled follow-up appointments.Present the company, provide differentiation, and explain the process of building a pool to customers using a presentation binder.Provide a completed contract packet to the business manager for approval.Be present on the Day of Dig and Day of Gunite to walk customers and construction managers through job phases.Build referral relationships and exceed customer expectations.If you are a bright, driven sales professional looking for an amazing opportunity to make a great income in pool sales, we invite you to apply.
