This key leader will partner with the business to define and execute marketing and digital/ecommerce calendars, ensure cohesion across print, digital and sales outlets, and identify opportunities for brand development. Leads and manages JackRogers.com ensuring a positive customer experience that results in sustained and profitable sales growth. This role provides both strategic leadership and hands-on support to the Marketing team and works closely with all areas of the business to ensure brand integrity and the company’s financial and sales targets are supported.What you will do...

Marketing:

Develop and implement omni-channel level marketing and campaign strategies for the Jack Rogers brand with a high focus on authentic, connected experiences that are relevant to the customers journey and optimize brand awareness and engagement.In partnership with Head of Brand, product and sales channels (retail, ecommerce, wholesale) execute the brand positioning and lead branding discussions for projects, photoshoots, etc. Identify and develop the key stories to be presented through the campaign shoot, the website, PR efforts, sales team through the look book, with our customers and consumers, etc.Utilize data to deeply understand the Jack Rogers customer and to create brand messages and creative content that ultimately drive sales growth.Identify, develop, and implement strategic partnerships, including collaborations and pop-ups, to grow brand awareness market share.In partnership with product, planning and finance, and support of sales channels develop and execute a comprehensive and cohesive marketing and ecommerce calendar including:Lead, plan and execute photoshoots, including asset imagery planning, site selection, and photoshoot pre/during/post schedule and logistics required for a successful event.The ideation and timely delivery of print marketing (example: catalogs) and digital/ecommerce campaigns.Plan and delivery digital marketing campaigns and Ecommerce product launches.Plan and deliver brand activation events, including retail partnerships, sponsorship events, brand partnerships or collaborations.Manage organic social strategy, driving awareness and engagement through compelling content, influencer and gifting strategies.Plan and execute SMS marketing campaigns and email segmentation strategy.Partner with Center of Excellence team to develop paid marketing efforts that drive customer acquisition and re-targeting, ensuring consistency of brand standards and communications through all paid channels.In partnership with COE, develop and implement metrics for measuring results to prove the effectiveness of paid digital campaigns and website development initiatives.eCommerce:

Create and maintain a positive customer experience at JackRogers.com ensuring that the website is successfully merchandised and updated with current, cohesive and engaging brand imagery. Write copy that is accurate and reflective of brand standards.Report on daily ecommerce sales and related KPIs. Utilize site, customer and traffic analytics to make strategic recommendations in order achieve ecommerce sales plan.Provide recommendations and strategies to address barriers to purchase, analyzing site metrics and consumer insights to identify and improve conversion rate and consumer experience.Evaluate and maintain effective category groupings, navigation structure, sort orders, and categorization strategies.Plan and execute SMS marketing campaigns and email segmentation strategy.With the support of Oxford shared services and 3rd parties, serve as lead on the creation and implementation of all eCommerce development projects.Partner with third party vendors and IT to improve frontend and backend ecommerce functionality related to the user experience, product, returns and exchanges.You will enjoy this job if you...

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent business experience.Generally, 6+ years of experience, preferably in the fashion industry.Knowledge and understanding of photography terminology.Understanding of the apparel market and a vision for business-driven tactics.Creative vision as well as attention to detail in project management.Ability to effectively maintain a strict calendar of deadlines and ensure others do the same.Excellent understanding of budgeting and ability to effectively manage budget.
