The Growth Marketing Team leads the company's efforts to acquire new eaters across a variety of channels. This is more than the ambition of expanding audiences, increasing traffic and conversion rate whilst keeping CAC low. And because of this, the sky's the limit in crafting an alluring proposition and leveraging magnetic content.About the Role

Reporting to the VP of Growth, our Director of Growth Organic & WoM will be the driving force in our quest for organic growth excellence. You will set the vision, direction, and budget that leads to organic traffic growth and Refer-a-friend (RAF) function of our organization. The ideal leader will define the objectives, KPIs, and metrics, and monitor the performance and ROI of those activities. He/she will have a marketing, business, technical, and content foundation and a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive organic and word of mouth strategies that drive significant business outcomes.CookUnity has discovered that our chefs provide a unique advantage, offering higher quality and greater variety. Our new performance marketing leader will be able to leverage this differentiation to create unique marketing funnels that cater to various segments of food enthusiasts seeking a superior, effortless dining experience. S/he will excel in creating experimentation frameworks, enabling supply-demand optimization through content experimentation and the creation of numerous landing pages. With a customer-centric approach and a track record of transforming marketing performance data into actionable insights.The Director, Growth Organic & WoM will be a strong team leader and a desired partner. He/she will hire and mentor an SEO and RAF team, including managers, specialists, agencies, and writers, but they will also educate and inform the broader organization to align and follow best practices as applied to their specialty. This leader will communicate with senior management and stakeholders to provide strategic guidance, clear prioritization, and rationale for initiatives and will listen carefully and consider the business needs and objectives of the organization.Responsibilities:

Strategy Development and Implementation: Craft and execute a comprehensive SEO and RAF strategy that integrates seamlessly with the company's broader marketing and business objectives.Data Acquisition and Activation: Lead the acquisition and strategic use of zero-party and first-party data to create personalized marketing campaigns.Creative Campaign Leadership: Direct the integration of creative concepts to enhance campaign effectiveness.Technology Management and Innovation: Manage the marketing technology stack to ensure it supports strategic goals effectively.Performance Measurement: Continuously measure the performance of marketing technologies and strategies to determine their ROI.Creative and Technological Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment between cross-functional peers and brand teams.Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders.Requirements

10+ years of relevant work experience in online DTC marketing with high-growth consumer-facing companies.A Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.Hands-on experience with building refer-a-friend and SEO initiatives.Outstanding understanding in a marketing or tech-related subject.Ability to generate solutions from deconstructing problems derived from qualitative and quantitative marketing challenges.Proven ability to lead and manage innovative and effective marketing programs.Excellent leadership skills that help attract and develop outstanding marketing talent.Personal Characteristics
