We're hiring a

Content Creator

to constantly engage with consumers and audiences, look for trends and insights, and actively monitor and analyze competitors' social media platforms. This role will help bring best-in-class recommendations to our client’s brand team, while proactively working with internal colleagues and key client stakeholders to develop, implement, track, and optimize content across each social platform.The

Content Creator

will represent the brand's voice, monitor conversations, post content, and manage the daily operations of various social challenges. This role will take briefs and ensure projects are completed on time and ready for digital delivery. Our ideal candidate comes from an advertising agency, has worked on a wide range of digital projects and has familiarity with design and motion graphics in a social media-focused environment.What you will be doing:

Help build, grow, and manage online communities for our client’s key consumer brandsSocial listening for conversations, topics, trends that brands can engage inCreate and develop community strategy, engagement, and growth planIdentify and track relevant community data metrics/develop monthly reporting and outline key insightsKeep up to date with the latest social trends & tools and bring fresh ideas on how to use themEntertain people with your writing across different tones of voiceDesigns for the end-to-end lifecycle of the target audience(s) from concept to executionGuarantee final deliverables meet design and production requirements and expectationsDevelop, adapt, optimize, and deploy assets according to social media best practices, while adhering to brand guidelinesPitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategiesOversee and manage the preparation of all finished files that will comply with the correct output specificationsCreating timely and culturally relevant content optimized for platform and audienceAct as the brand guardian to ensure all work produced is faithful to the client’s brand guidelinesAdoption and use of the brand’s voice – responding to and engaging with the user communityRepost paid advertising and influencer content to owned pagesSocial monitoring and response, working with CRC (Consumer Response Center) and passing on/escalating consumers that require CRC attentionAccept and provide feedback and iterate over designs in a highly-collaborative, team environmentWhat you need to be great in this role:

5+ years of experience in social media management4+ years of digital design experience in an advertising, branding or in-house agencyExperience using analytical/social listening tools for reporting and to gather insightsExperience growing and engaging a community and building a significant follower base on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedInPassion for delivering on-brand and on-brief social communicationsPro-active planning and leadership of creative community initiativePractical knowledge of how to manage social media channels especially with their intricaciesA thirst to learn more and to discover new and exciting trends within the social spaceAbility to manage and filter workflow and prioritize workloads to maximize productivityUnderstanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining a top-tier agency serviceAbility to learn and understand consumer experience with client’s products/services/promotionsExpertise in brand safety on social platformsStrong structure and clarity to the creative processGreat sense of humor and creativity yet serious mindedContent creation skills (blogs, tweets, gifs, memes/other visuals)Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to recognize superior design and maintain a consistent aestheticExcellent interpersonal and follow up skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of consumer-packaged goodsAt the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from

$80,000.00

to

$95,000.00 . Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package.About OLIVER:
