Sales and Marketing Manager .
The ideal candidates must be devoted and compassionate about their chosen careers. Leadership abilities and effective communication skills are necessary for this position.Qualifications :Prior sales and marketing experience in the healthcare industry preferred.Proven ability to successfully market the services of the organization.Responsibilities :Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral sources to promote available apartments and services.Coordinate the referral process from the identification of the appropriate payer source to the analysis of patient information.Responsible for achieving the proposed company census and revenue objectives.Collaborate with patients or representatives, physicians, residents, nursing staff members, rehabilitation therapy staff members, and social work staff members to ensure seamless transfer to the facility.Communicate information effectively to physicians, supervisors, facility administrators, and any other pertinent personnel in a timely manner.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
