As a result, your projects are brought in on time, on budget, and are engineered to the highest standards in design, durability, safety, and aesthetic value.ResponsibilitiesCommunicationsAssist in the adherence of a consistent corporate brandDevelopment of graphics for proposals, collateral, web site, and other needsAid in the management of the corporate website and social media accountsWrite press releases and other communications piecesAssist with the communication side of the corporate professional development programLead communications projects as assignedManage the corporate promotional product stock and other exhibitor suppliesBusiness DevelopmentLearn and participate in company database managing opportunities, clients, and contactsServe as quality control for database materialAssist Business Development Director as neededProposalsDevelop, organize, and standardize materials necessary for presentations; coordinate presentation development and scheduling and enforce accordinglyAssume responsibility for proposal production of assigned proposals as well as assist teammates with proposal productionRequirementsBA/BS with an emphasis on Marketing, Communications or EnglishZero-two years of corporate communication experienceWillingness to learn communications softwareAbility to successfully multi-task and work on a variety of projects simultaneously with varying resources, scope, and deadlinesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, including oral, written, and proofreading skillsAbility to work independently and as a member of a teamWe offer a professional work environment, competitive salary, benefits package, and 401(k).
