We are seeking a visionary and hands-on UX Design and Research Manager to lead a dynamic team in our media SaaS platform. As a UX Design and Research Manager, you will create an inspiring and collaborative environment where your team thrives.

Strategic Vision and Execution: Define and communicate a vision for innovative design solutions. Use research and data to create high-quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Drive the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with product goals.Leadership and Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and guide a growing team of designers and researchers. Foster an inclusive, diverse, and inspiring environment, encouraging creative excellence.Collaboration: Work with product management, engineering, and stakeholders to identify design opportunities and prioritize projects, lead conceptual development and streamline processes, and create and refine interaction flows and prototypes with a focus on visual excellence.User-Centered Design: Use data and customer insights to inform design decisions, conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs, and transform research findings into innovative product ideas and features.Operational Excellence: Plan and manage design resources for the timely delivery of high-quality work, facilitate brainstorming and critique sessions, streamline processes, and communicate complex concepts clearly to various audiences.Requirements

Skills You Need:

You have at least 7 years of experience in UX design and/or research, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing design teams.Proven track record in designing user experiences for web and mobile platforms.You’ve worked with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, and other industry-standard software.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.Ability to synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders and make informed design decisions.Bonus Points

You’ve worked in an agile/scrum environment.Familiarity with web conversion optimization techniques and analytics.Experience working with Scaled Media and Entertainment.Experience building for billions of MAUs.Benefits

$165,000 - $200,000 annually.

This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the US for the posted position.
