Our Marketing Director position can be performed at any of our locations
(Mora, MN, Alexandria, MN, Brainerd, MN, Aitkin, MN, and North Branch, MN).
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to coordinate and oversee the business development program to include coordination executing innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising sales, market research, content marketing, advertising, copywriting, SEO, and budgeting.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and lead generationOversee the creation of engaging content for various marketing channelsManage advertising campaigns to optimize reach and ROICollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectivesAnalyze market trends and conduct research to identify new opportunities for growthMonitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics toolsLead and mentor a team of marketing professionalsEducation & Experience
