What You’ll DoIMA Select is adding a Personal Lines Producer to our growing team. IMA Select focuses on insurance solutions for small businesses and individuals. Through personal relationships with our clients and carriers, we offer coverages and pricing not commonly found with other brokers and agents.Essential job responsibilities

include but are not limited to:Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core valuesValues and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associatesProspects and qualifies new accounts which meet the IMA Select criteriaIdentifies target audience and builds a pipeline of prospects and centers of influence meeting that criteriaGathers and organizes appropriate information required to prepare marketing submissions to insurance carriersEnters key information into and updates the Agency CRM throughout the sales processUsing a consultative sales approach, leads and conducts proposals for successful individuals and familiesDevelops centers of influence and leads source partners through networking and marketing to realtors, mortgage brokers, wealth managers, financial planners, community involvement, etc.Responsibility for the overall growth of individual book of business through new and existing client relationshipsDevelops an annual business plan to meet the established premium and revenue goals as established with market leaderDevelops into a trusted advisor to educate and advise clients and prospectsIdentifies and coordinates cross selling opportunities within IMAMaintains professional conduct and manner that represents IMA and IMA Select in the communityYou Should Have:Required Experience and Skills
