We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Brand Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our brand's visual identity, ensuring that it resonates with our audience and stands out in the market. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and spotless execution will play a key role in defining, producing, and evolving Aztec’s brand's aesthetics and narrative.Location:
This position is based in the USYour responsibilities will include:Lead the development and execution of creative brand projects, ensuring they align with our brand strategy and identity.Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver innovative design solutions for a variety of platforms, including web, product, motion, print, and social media.Capture groundbreaking technical concepts and creatively translate them into relatable and clear visual pieces.Develop and refine our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards across all visual communications.Embody Aztec’s brand identity, always advocating for a delightful and consistent user experience throughout all branded outlets.Maintain and contribute to a growing variety of design resources and templates.Become a trusted partner for all-things Design for the entire Organization.Present design concepts to stakeholders, effectively communicating design vision and rationale.Qualifications:7+ years of design experience, preferably in technology companiesStrong fundamental knowledge of formal design principlesA sharp eye for detail, and a refined taste for designExperience taking initiative, working independently, managing stakeholders, and taking ownership of projects and timelinesA collaborative can-do attitude,paired with a hyper-organized mindsetAbility to take technical/complex concepts and explain them artfully and simply using design as a resourceAbility to produce clean, slick graphics and web layouts optimized around modern design standards for technology productsExperience creating and contributing to design style guides, and systemsExperience collaborating with external contractorsExperience working in a fast-paced environmentTechnical Requirements:Proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator, and PhotoshopProficiency in FigmaAdvanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects is heavily preferredKnowledge of Webflow is heavily preferredFamiliarity with 3D software is preferredFamiliarity with blockchain and ZK technologies is preferredWhat we offer:Flexible and remote work environment25 days holiday + bank holidays annuallyAdditional benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.Quarterly offsite travel for collaborationEvents and conference budgetAn opportunity to work at the cutting edge of blockchain and FinTech with a world class cryptography and engineering teamBase Salary: $135,000 - $175,000 + equity + additional benefits.
