Director – Brand Marketing, AiBLE

is responsible for driving the awareness, adoption, and strategic direction and execution of the AiBLE brand. This role collaborates closely with the Cranial and Spinal Technologies (CST) leadership across all functions and regional marketing teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and effective communication across all channels. The AiBLE Marketing Leader plays a pivotal role in market research, stakeholder management, technology evaluation and the successful go-to-market strategy for AiBLE.A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Broader Brand Support:

Develop and implement immersive customer experiences aligning with AiBLE's vision.Ensure consistent brand positioning and execution across regions.Support and inform AiBLE brand architecture, narrative, and value proposition.Leverage marketing channels to transition towards an omnichannel approach.Create internal brand experiences and activate employees with AiBLE messaging.Drive global launch strategies with external agencies.Develop engaging content, campaigns, and events in collaboration with CST brand leaders.Participate in strategic decision-making for new products and services.Contribute to strategic discussions on leveraging AiBLE effectively.Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends and competitive landscape.Conduct user interviews to understand customer segments.Provide insights to development teams on ecosystem gaps and opportunities.Stakeholder Management:

Ensure a positive stakeholder experience with the right tools, messaging, and support.Influence senior leaders to drive significant changes and adoption of AiBLE.Collaborate with business/marketing teams to align AiBLE messaging with business objectives.Drive enablement through consistent messaging and value proposition communication.Go-To-Market Strategy:

Lead the global launch of AiBLE, ensuring successful execution in various regions.Plan and oversee brand, advertising, communications, and digital projects.Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to drive brand recognition and adoption.Create stakeholder-specific messaging and integrated brand activation plans.Measure and optimize brand awareness and adoption post-launch.Deliverables:

Define team structure, operational mechanisms, and communication strategies.Establish critical program success metrics and timelines.Socialize AiBLE's value proposition and ensure alignment with business decisions.Develop a commercial launch strategy toolkit.Create customer-specific marketing messages.Collaborate on marketing materials supporting the AiBLE value proposition.Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's DegreeMinimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of program or people managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of program or people managerial experience.Nice to Have

Extensive experience within Spine, Spinal Procedures, Cranial Surgery, and/or associated Enabling Technologies.Proven leadership and management skills with a focus on strategic and operational activities.Strong ability to influence senior leaders and manage stakeholder relationships.Expertise in market analysis, brand management, and go-to-market strategies.Physical Job Requirements
