We will consider candidates residing in CA, NV, AZ, NJ, NY, FL, CT, and ME.Job Summary :The Senior Graphic Designer leads and supports the creative development of the Marketing team in a fast-paced and agile environment for a multi-brand leader in the CPG pet verticals across ecommerce and brick and mortar retail.Work Performed :Drives the ideation and development of on-brand creative assets while optimizing team processes.Roles and Responsibilities:Product Detail Pages:

Create brand-specific Product Detail Pages that effectively communicate product highlights and support revenue generation. Collaborate in strategic and creative planning sessions, manage timelines, and organize files for distribution through Salsify.Social Media:

Collaborate with the social team to design innovative static and animated content, boosting brand awareness, supporting product launches, and aligning with social strategy timelines.Print: Retailers

–Produce impactful creative for in-store displays, flyers, and PDQs within designated In-Store Set dates.Sales Support –

Design engaging sales presentation templates, tradeshow booth graphics, brochures, and other materials aligned with retailer support.Web:

Develop creative for product landing pages, wholesale landing pages, and seasonal campaigns, including header and banner images.Project Management:

Independently manage projects from inception to completion, gathering details, managing expectations, communicating status and roadblock-solutions using Monday.com.Problem Solving:

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills beyond just design, contributing to a proactive and solution-oriented work environment to effectively meet deadlines.Collaboration:

Collaborate seamlessly with fellow designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, external contractors, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives for successful execution.Innovation:

Contribute to maintaining and evolving brand identity and processes by researching industry trends, learning emerging technologies such as AI, and implementing design best practices.Style and Brand Guides:

Develop style and brand guides for local and global markets, enhancing brand recognition and standardization to drive business initiatives.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other:1. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).2. Thrive in a fast-paced, high volume, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects based on priorities.3. Ability to ask insightful questions and seek a deep understanding of project requirements.4. Meticulous attention to detail for brand consistency and process efficiency.5. Embrace constructive feedback and adeptly implement it into the design process.6. Successfully work across multiple software platforms to collect necessary information for projects.7. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present creative work to various internal and external audiences.8. Proficient in streamlining design processes, providing accurate project time estimations, and identifying resource allocation needs to help increase overall output.9. Foundational understanding of UX/UI design.10. Creation of 2D, 3D, and animated graphics.11. Comfortable interpreting brand guidelines and managing multiple priorities, designing compelling on-brand design experiences, and increasing throughput.12. Ability to contribute and add value quickly, supporting the Design Manager and cross-functional needs including ecommerce asset creation, digital experiences inclusive of social media and website, as well print across various mediums such as brick-and-mortar stores and tradeshows.Job Specifications and Experience:6-8+ years of Graphic Design experience.BA or BFA in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Visual Design, or equivalent education is required.Please submit your portfolio with your resume.Working knowledge of software such as Monday.com, Ziflow, Salsify, ArtiosCAD, or other 3D rendering software a plus.Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 DOEAbout the TeamThe marketing team is a close-knit team that is dedicated to setting each other up for success, fostering growth, being curious, and exhibiting grit.
