Join us!We are looking for a digital marketing professional to join our team, where they will be focused on delivering campaigns across mobile, onsite, email, and ATM to reach Preferred Rewards clients. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly collaborative and innovative team where you will be able to combine analytical abilities, digital marketing skills, and excellent communication across various levels of the organization.The ability to combine critical thinking with diligent campaign delivery and execution will be critical to this role. This role will provide inspiration and thought leadership while working with business partners, with an emphasis on supporting channel optimization, landing pages, testing, and reporting.Job Responsibilities:Monitoring key channel performance indicators and portfolio metrics to identify opportunities to improve or expand; report out on digital campaign performanceEffectively collaborate on campaign strategy, campaign orchestration, development, and enhancements with partners/stakeholdersPartnering across the organization to operate within risk and profit guardrailsEffectively navigate and influence internal partners, client organizations, technology, channel, and agency partnersEvaluating emerging technologies and channels; providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption when appropriateRequired Qualifications:3+ years of experience executing marketing campaigns in digital channels, including strong understanding of digital marketing and customer experiencesAttention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaign streams at one time and quickly identify and resolve complex issuesDigitally curious with the appetite to research, recommend and help develop solutionsAbility to communicate clearly, effectively, and conciselyIntermediate Excel and PowerPoint skillsDesired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldFinancial services industry experienceExperience analyzing digital marketing metricsA/B testing experience, including calculating statistical significanceAdobe Target & Adobe Audience Manager (DMP) experienceQA testing and validation experienceContent management system experienceMinimum Education Requirement:
