DescriptionResponsible for driving the company's growth and increasing market share by developing and executing against strategic sales and marketing initiatives, expanding client base, and maximizing revenue opportunities. The role's primary focus is scaling the business to reach $100M in revenue by 2034.Competitive Landscape Analysis

Research and stay up-to-date with the competitive landscape, industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and innovative strategies to drive competitive advantage. Continuously recommend strategies to stay ahead of the competition and capitalize on new opportunities.Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy

Develop marketing strategy (product, price, position, promotion) and align with the company’s mission, vision, and business goals. Collaborate across departments, especially Design Team. Oversee the development of marketing collaterals, presentations, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, website optimization, content marketing, social media, and email marketing to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. Support the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales tools, such as sales presentations, case studies, and customer success stories.Develop and Execute Sales Strategy

Develop sales strategy and objectives aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and business goals. Set ambitious sales targets and work with the team to achieve them. Regularly assess sales performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales efforts.Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting

Create marketing and sales budget, forecast, and reports to track marketing and sales performance. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns. Measure closing rate, average sales, and other key metrics to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Support and Company Representation

Assist and participate in cross-functional events and key meetings, including design meetings and kickoffs. Attend national shows and events to support the company team and build relationships with prospects and customers.Customer Relationship Management

Build, retain, and visit prospects and customers, fostering strong relationships and partnerships. Emphasize a customer-centric approach to ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining existing business. Assist in handling large national accounts or government accounts.Team Leadership & Development

Lead and manage a sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and coaching. Lead weekly sales meetings. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and annual evaluations to review performance, provide feedback, and ensure individual growth and development. Train and mentor each sales and marketing team member through team selling, helping them enhance their technical skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques, ensuring they develop into industry leaders.Foster a 'Care of an Owner' Culture

Work collaboratively with all employees to foster a one-team, one-goal culture with “A Care of an Owner” attitude. Develop close relationships between sales and marketing team members and create alignment across departments.Requirements
