No endless meetings here – if it can be done today, we're all about getting it done today.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will create and write copy for all prospect and customer-facing marketing, including websites, email campaigns in Hubspot, banner ads, videos, sales materials, and more.Partner with designers to craft campaigns that are on brand and strategy.Collaborate with other teams to foster the creation of top-performing copy (e.g., headlines, landing pages, PR-facing promotions, e-books, podcasts, guides.Monitor materials through pre and post-production to measure and evaluate success.You define yourself as both a marketer and a writer (meaning you understand working backward to create content designed to actions and how to create content for different stages).What we expect from youBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or any other related fields and MS/MBA with excellent grades and intellectual rigor.A minimum of 1-3 years experience in journalism, brand content strategy, copywriting, and/or communications, and experience using Hubspot & WebFlow CMS.Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience developing short- and long-form content across both internal and external communications & impeccable grammar.Startup hustle and speed: You’re able to work hard, move fast, adjust to a dynamic environment, and sell to complex organizations and technical customersTeam Player: lone wolf style sales are from the past, at Topsort, it’s about being a sports team that achieve goals together.This is an Onsite position Monday - Thursday, and Friday is WFH flexibility.What is it like to work at Topsort?Direct and Speedy : We give candid feedback, push each other to set higher goals and produce more impact by always thinking “how do we do this faster and better”Constant Improvement : The best way to grow is by doing, Topsort team is made of action-driven, intelligent, and curious individuals who are constantly seeking improvements and reinventions that lead to be a better output and never content with the status quo.Embrace a Sports Team Mentality:
